Moms Be Like...
Wanna go to the gym? Seriously, no. Who has time for that? If I don't get up BEFORE the crack of dawn my workouts aren't happening. NOT. GOING. TO. HAPPEN.
So I am calling it like it is and saying lets stop trying to add one more thing to our list. Lets stop feeling the guilt because we didn't get our "fitness on" for the 732nd day in a row. Moms are busy people. We don't sit down, we rarely finish a meal, or a thought, or a chore without interruption. So here are some ways we can make the most of our crazy kids and our overflowing days.
*** Bonus points. Working out raises the feel good hormones in our bodies, which boosts mood! We breathe deeper and get more oxygen to our brains, which improves thinking! When we exercise we build muscle, which helps us burn more calories when sitting still, or driving, or sleeping! So the moral of the story is, keep on multitasking... you were going to do it anyway.
