What does that actually look like? And how would it feel?
Imagine giving your body a break from the caffeine, sugar, fillers, preservatives, sodium and additives in the typical foods american consume. Imagine how good you would feel. Reduced inflammation, better digestion. No. More. Bloating.
Nothing packaged or processed. If it has a list of ingredients it should contain no more then 2-3 things. If it doesn't rot or sprout throw it out! Can you do it?
